Mental Shield

Security starts with what you notice.

Learn to recognise manipulation, fraud scenarios and information threats before they shape your decision.

5–7 minutes · no phone number to start · result on screen straight away

Screen 2

You already protect

  • your home
  • your phone
  • your money
  • your car
  • your accounts

So how do you protect your decisions?

Locks, passwords and alarms cover things. A decision is made by a person — and that is exactly what manipulation, pressure and fraud scenarios target.

Screen 3

A threat does not always look like a threat

Five short situations. See what you would actually do.

The breakdown appears right after your answer — no scoring, no lecturing.

Screen 4

Anatomy of threats

Six clusters. Threats work differently, and so does the defence against them.

01

Human

The influence runs through relationships and emotion: trust, fear, obligation, urgency.

  • Manipulation
  • Pressure and urgency
  • Social engineering

Signs You are being rushed and asked to decide right now.

02

Information

It is not the fact that works but its packaging: a confident tone, a familiar face, a reference to “a source”.

  • Disinformation
  • Fakes
  • Deepfakes
  • False authority

Signs The source cannot be verified, yet the message demands an immediate reaction.

03

Digital

The goal is to make you enter the data, follow the link or confirm the code yourself.

  • Phishing
  • Data leaks
  • Fraudulent accounts

Signs A link, a form or a code arrives before you asked for anything.

04

Money

A promised return and a closing window work more precisely than any hack.

  • Financial fraud
  • Investment schemes
  • Payment risks

Signs The return is promised upfront and the risk is explained away as “special access”.

05

Family

The vulnerability of the people close to you becomes yours: the scenarios rely on worry for family.

  • Children
  • Teenagers
  • Elderly parents

Signs The conversation is built around trouble with a relative and a request not to call anyone.

06

Business

A company's most expensive vulnerability is often not in the system but in one person's decision.

  • Employees
  • Partners
  • Insider risk
  • Fraud

Signs A request to bypass the procedure comes “from management” and asks for silence.

Screen 5

The main deficit

Many threats only become obvious after a person has already decided. That is why one of the key security skills is learning to notice the signals earlier.

Almost nowhere is this skill taught systematically: not at school, not at work.

Screen 6

The Mental Shield system

Two layers that work together.

Outer perimeter

The lock

Digital and information caution: checking the source, not acting on the first signal, basic data hygiene.

Inner circuit

The footing

Personal boundaries, values and steadiness: knowing what matters to you and what you will not agree to under pressure.

This is an educational model, not psychological diagnosis.

Screen 7

Three pillars

01

Values

What matters to me?

A foundation that someone else's urgency and someone else's profit cannot easily replace.

02

Moral compass

How do I make decisions?

It separates an opportunity from a trap faster than any analysis of details.

03

Reason and logic

What do the facts say?

Critical thinking as a filter for incoming information: source, verification, pause.

Screen 8

The trainer

Not a lecture — practice. One situation goes through five steps.

  1. 01 SituationA real scenario from practice, as it looks from the inside.
  2. 02 DecisionYou choose what you would do right now.
  3. 03 ConsequenceWe show how that choice usually ends.
  4. 04 BreakdownWhere the signal was that is easy to miss.
  5. 05 AlgorithmA short sequence of actions that stays with you.

Try one step right here

Screen 9

Mental detective

You get a case and look for what does not add up: signs of pressure, manipulation, suspicious details and false arguments.

  1. Read the story
  2. Mark what felt off
  3. Answer the question “why”
  4. Read the expert breakdown

Frequently asked questions

What is Mental Shield?

An educational project that helps build practical skills for recognising risks, manipulation, fraud and information threats.

Is the test a psychological assessment?

No. The test shows where a skill is worth building and does not assess your personality.

Do I have to leave a phone number to see the result?

No. The result appears on screen straight away. A name and WhatsApp number are only needed if you want the free lesson.

Are the materials paid?

The test, the basic lesson and the mini-quest are free. Workshops, the advanced course and corporate programmes are paid.

Can you guarantee that I will not be deceived?

No, and nobody can. We build the skill of noticing signals earlier — it lowers the risk but does not remove it.

Is this suitable for elderly parents?

Yes. There is a separate route for the older generation: large type, plain wording and the fewest possible actions on screen.

How protected are you?

Check yourself in 5–7 minutes. No phone number to start, no scare tactics.
